A Letter to Care Providers

Dear Care Provider,

Subject: Invitation to Access Apprenticeship Funding for Adult Social Care Staff

CPV is pleased to invite Northeast London care providers to participate in the NEL Apprenticeship Funding Programme, supported through the International Recruitment Fund. This programme offers financial support and practical guidance to help you establish or expand apprenticeship opportunities for your staff, including internationally recruited workers.

We recognise the vital role apprenticeships play in strengthening recruitment, retention, skills development and career progression within adult social care. Through this programme, CPV is distributing funding to eligible providers via grants of £750–£1,250 per apprenticeship.

As this is publicly funded, CPV is required to monitor and evaluate the programme to demonstrate impact, value for money and equitable distribution across boroughs. Participating providers will be asked to engage with light touch monitoring, provide apprentice level information, and support follow up activity where needed.

We look forward to working with you to strengthen workforce capability and support meaningful career development across the sector.

Warm regards,

CPV Workforce and Recruitment Team
